Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Krissy moved to Kirkland about 12 years ago. She also lived on Mercer Island before moving to Edmonds. Her passion is new construction, and she has worked with several builders in the area, including Mainvue, Tri Pointe Homes, and Hayden Homes.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Krissy worked in residential property management, so she thoroughly understands the intricacies involved in property ownership, at all price points. Krissy joined RSIR to gain experience through collaboration, as well as experience the support of the global brand. At a point when she was ready to expand her business, joining the Robyn and Rachel Group served as a win-win.

Coming from a blended background in marketing, project management and real estate coordination, Maddie plays a supportive role, running in-office operations and spear heading marketing. She loves the fun creative aspects of bringing a listing to life through marketing. Collaborating, coordinating, pivoting and being a go-to for a team always on the go, Maddie loves the hybridity of her role as well as that of the real estate industry. A true match made in heaven. She wears many hats and that well suits her attention to detail, keen follow through and thriving under pressure skills. She can also be found in the field, supporting the team’s listing preparation needs and being Jill’s right hand woman.

Maddie lives in Queen Anne and spends her out of office time exploring Seattle’s great outdoors, neighborhoods, eats and entertainment. The gorgeous Pacific Northwest was a perfect fit after living most of her life in the scenic Idaho mountains. She travels to her hometown of Sun Valley, Idaho, often, getting the most out of hiking, biking and skiing.
